It depends on the situation, but we typically use the mass production process. Please note that there may be slight differences in material and color.

If I’m ordering a larger quantity of stickers and need a sample, will the sample and the final mass production use the same process and materials?

You can first contact our customer service, and we’ll let you know what options are available.

I’ve already confirmed the preview, but I want to receive my stickers faster — what can I do?

You can email it to our customer service, or upload it to Google Drive and paste a shareable link (set to "Anyone with the link can view") in the order notes section.

My file is too large to upload — what should I do?

If you have made a payment but have not confirmed the artwork, we will arrange a full or partial refund based on your payment method.

We support most common image file formats, including .png, .jpg, .psd, .pdf, .ai, .tiff, and .gif, so feel free to upload your file with confidence.

What kind of file should I upload?

Please make sure to convert all text to outlines and embed all images in your file.

Is there anything I should check before uploading my file to the order?

We can assist with basic background removal, but if the design is complex, we'll do our best — please understand that the result may not be perfectly precise.

Can you help remove the background from my file?

Make sure to leave at least 4mm of space between each design, and keep a 1.5 to 2mm margin between the artwork and the edge of the sheet.

Is there any difference in bleed and file setup between Sticker Sheets and Die-Cut Stickers?

Please add a 2mm bleed to ensure there are no white edges after trimming.

Does my file need bleed?

Understand double-sided print alignment of ±2 mm and die-cutting tolerance of ±1 mm, plus border, bleed, and 3 mm safe-margin recommendations.

By selecting "Yes, back printing is needed. The file includes back design, +1 working day" when placing your order, the system will automatically calculate the additional printing cost.

Can the backing paper of the sticker be printed on?

Some of our products support Ultra Wide Color RGB printing, so if your file is in RGB color mode, it can be used directly without converting to CMYK.

My file is in RGB color mode - can it still be printed?

Screens use the RGB color mode, while printing is done in CMYK, which means colors on screen tend to appear more vibrant, while printed results may look slightly darker. 

Why do printed colors look different from what I see on screen?

At the moment, we do not support combining different sticker effects in a single order.

Can I combine two different sticker effects in one design?

If your primary need is for writing, unlaminated paper stickers are the most suitable choice.

Can I write on the stickers?

We offer foil stamping services, but it requires a separate quotation.

Do you offer foil stamping services?

You can add an extra white ink layer in your file using solid black (K100) to mark the areas where white ink should be applied.
